Picking,as the core link that affects logistics timeliness,has a very important impact on logistics costs and competitiveness.In the logistics industry refers to picking-type picking operations,where pickers or picking tools patrol various storage points and take out the required goods to complete the picking task.In this paper,by actually investigating the special sorting and picking area,picking process in the M automobile assembly shop,the results and development trends of picking at home and abroad are studied.According to the requirements of the intelligent picking system,analysis methods such as simulation modeling are applied to the picking process.The existing picking methods are backward,the path is unreasonable,the picking area has low area utilization,the operator's labor repetitiveness is high,and the feedback information is not in time.The improvement plan is designed to reduce waste in the production process,improve response speed,and achieve high efficiency produce.By analyzing the inventory management process,a more scientific logistics information management method is designed.Improve the layout of the picking area,improve the management level,and enable the logistics information system to call and modify material information in a timely manner.Change the sorting methods,establish a mathematical model of the picking path based on the lowest picking cost,turn a theoretical problem into a mathematical problem.The combination of GA and PSO is adopted.A comprehensive algorithm is used to solve the problem and Matlab software is used for simulation.Improve picking accuracy and efficiency,and reduce the proportion of manual decisions.A feedback system for extra material selection was designed to respond quickly to the extra material requirements in the production process,shorten the production cycle and improve efficiency.And Flexsim was used for simulation.The comparative analysis method is used to analyze and summarize the application situation and feasibility of the designed picking scheme in the enterprise,and to give suggestions for improving the enterprise's sorting process.The analysis results show that under the premise of meeting the cost and process requirements,system improvement can reduce the repetitive work of the production process,shorten the picking path,improve the overall response speed and production efficiency,improve the management level of the enterprise,and increase the modernization of the enterprise.
