| This paper analyses the development and application status of materials automatic sorting technology systematically and proposes the general design and control methods of automatic sorting system on the basis of PLC and multi-sensors.Based on the general design scheme of automatic sorting system, this paper analyses the working principle, hardware structure, software implementation and material selection of the system in detail, and presents the sequential function chart of related controlling software and system flowchart. This design which adopts modular and standard assemble, a flexible system layout, simple program and maintain easily has the characteristic of high efficiency, low cost and so on. It can meet the demand of elasticity production line of automatic sorting of materials, meanwhile, it can implement the requirements of production line of small enterprise with little modifications. |
