At first, the whole logistics industry and the development, current condition and the market anticipation of the automated sorting machine are systematically analyzed in this paper. Sliding shoe parcel sorting machine is a kind of advanced and novel sorting machine. China has not our own this kind of product at present. Then in order to propel the internal equipments and technology for logistics forward and research and develop sliding shoe parcel sorting machine, base on these analyses, this paper all-sidedly and systematically describes the general precept of sliding shoe parcel sorting machine.This paper researches in detail the sorting system which is the core part of sliding shoe parcel machine through theoretical and experimental analysis. After the dynamical analysis, the theoretical curve of the stationary sorting turnout is formed. Based on the result, a dynamic simulate experiment by computer is done. As a result, I find that the theoretic results meet the fact and the designation is feasible through comparing and analyzing the experimental and theoretic data.Base on the mathematical model of the stationary sorting system, this paper designs and analyzes in detail the actuator of stationary sorting turnout in order to really realize the sorting movement.The results of the research in this paper provide the theoretic base for the research and development of sliding shoe parcel sorting machine and have important reference value.
