There are many risks of occupational safety and health(including safety in production and occupational health)in automobile axle manufacturing enterprises,for example,machining,welding,painting,heat treatment and so on.The purpose of this paper is to evaluate and grade the occupational safety and health risks in automobile axle manufacturing enterprises,and to formulate the corresponding technical,management and emergency measures to promote the safety of production and protect the health of workers.Firstly,this paper discusses the current situation of research on safe production and occupational health risk management of domestic and foreign mechanical processing enterprises.By reading relevant materials and studying relevant theories,it gives the definition and scope of relevant concepts such as occupational safety and health of automobile axle manufacturing enterprises to be studied.Secondly,by introducing the general production situation of CQ Machinery Factory,the characteristics of automobile axle manufacturing enterprises are analyzed and summarized,including technological characteristics and risk characteristics.According to the characteristics of vehicle and bridge manufacturing enterprises,several risk units are divided.The occupational safety and health risks of equipment,facilities and operation activities are identified by SCL method and JHA method respectively,and the list of risk points is established.Thirdly,through the analysis and comparison of various risk assessment methods,because it is necessary to consider both safety production risk and occupational health risk,the MES method is chosen to assess occupational safety and health risk of automobile and bridge manufacturing enterprises.In this paper,MES method was applied to evaluate occupational safety and health risks by taking frequency E value and accident consequence S value respectively from three aspects of personal injury,occupational disease and property loss.Fourthly,according to the results of risk assessment,a list of occupational safety and health risk assessment and hierarchical control is compiled,and a four-color map of occupational safety and health risk is drawn up.Fifthly,according to the actual situation of CQ Machinery Factory,the corresponding engineering and technical countermeasures are designed and implemented for the high-risk points of vehicle and bridge production enterprises,such as ventilation and cooling in heat treatment workshop,dust removal from welding fumes,ultraviolet radiation protection,hazardous chemicals management and safety of natural gas pipelines.FLUENT software was used to simulate the ventilation of workshop and leakage of liquid ammonia tank in adjacent factory.Based on the results,the natural ventilation system of workshop was optimized and reformed.The safe distance of liquid ammonia tank in adjacent factory was calculated,and the corresponding safety prevention and control measures were worked out.Sixthly,according to the list of risk points and the actual situation of the company,the hierarchical management and control measures(including technology,management,emergency measures)are formulated for the various risks of vehicle and bridge production enterprises,and the hierarchical management and control list is compiled.In this paper,occupational safety and health risk assessment,classification,and corresponding technical,management and emergency measures have been carried out in CQ Machinery Plant.In order to evaluate the control effect,the occupational hazard factors and environmental parameters in the workshop were tested.The test results show that with the implementation of technical and management measures in CQ Machinery Plant,the occupational safety and health risk of plant operation points has been significantly improved compared with the previous period.
