Since China's reform and opening up,China's national strength has increased day by day,and manufacturing, service industries and other industries are growing rapidly.Electricity occupies an increasingly important position in our lives, conduct grid expansion every year.It has driven the rapid development of 10,000-high power grid supporting enterprises across the country, and the ultra-high voltage transmission lines provide core support for the operation of the national grid.whole society in 2018 has reached 68,490 trillion kWh,an increase of 8.5% year-on-year,a record high since 2012.The large electrical equipment manufacturing industry has sufficient production orders, and the outer casing(case)of the manufactured products is an indispensable part, but in the enterprise safety management, more attention is paid to the electrical safety and mechanical safety involved in the circuit breaker manufacturing process. There are few studies on the occupational hazards and labor protection caused by the production process of sheet metal. The research in this paper has great promotion significance for noise management in the same industry.Through on-site investigation and review of relevant technical data, this paper understands the whole process of production process and production operation, understands the equipment used in the production process and the configuration of labor insurance products, and on this basis, determines the occupational hazards caused by production.Through inspection and analysis,it was found that the four equipments exceeding the standard in the sheet metal workshop were sheet metal flexible production line,CNC punching machine, metal band sawing machine and welding soot collector, and proposed reasonable engineering measures for these four equipments.Through data analysis,it can be concluded that CNC punch operators and metal band saw operators can be equipped with more reasonable equipment.Other management measures in noise control have also been proposed, which provide theoretical support for enterprises and industries to improve the occupational health management of sheet metal workshops.
