Research On Optimization Of Assembly Line Of B Product In YS Company

With the rapid development of modern economy and the improvement of people’s living standards,domestic home appliance manufacturing enterprises are increasing,and the market competition is increasingly fierce.Due to the continuous reduction of labor cost advantage,enterprises pay more and more attention to the improvement of the overall efficiency of assembly line under the mode of assembly line production.Assembly line is a widely existing manufacturing system,which plays a vital role in the long-term good development of the enterprise.This paper takes the B product assembly line in YS company as the research object based on the assembly line balance theory and the analysis of industrial engineering,through the site investigation and the knowledge of industrial engineering working on the work measurement and balance analysis of assembly line,find problems of the assembly line and the production capacity can’t meet the market demand.Using the 5W1 H and ECRS techniques to reasonably adjust the assembly workstation process.Flexsim simulation software was used to design the layout of the assembly line,and the production layout of the U-shaped assembly line was proposed to combine the existing assembly line and the final assembly line of B product into a U-shaped assembly,so as to make the assembly process more coherent,reduce the waste of handling in the assembly process and the management cost of the work-in-process.Through two-hands program operation analysis、 the bottleneck of segmentation methods and adjustment of parts of equipment to reduce the bottleneck workstation time to less than the take time.Based on the improvement of basic industrial engineering,the first kind of balance problem of the assembly line is put forward,and the whole assembly line is globally optimized by constructing 0-1 linear programming model.Using the method of 6S management to improve the working environment of B product assembly site.By analyzing the effect of assembly line before and after optimization,the guarantee measures of assembly line optimization are put forward.Through the study of this article,the assembly line of B product in YS company is optimized,in order to improve the balance of assembly line,enhance the comprehensive strength of enterprises,and this paper adopts the combination of basic industrial engineering and mathematical model to study the assembly line,which can provide theoretical and practical reference for the optimization of assembly line of other products in the production workshop.
