My company of concrete mixing station annual sales at about 2500 sets,wherein the mixing console as mixing the core components,its production capacity and quality control has been the core.As mass production level components,with the increasing scale of production,mixing console assembly lines are continuously improved,in order to meet the demands of production,from the original single sets of designated assembly,to track type artificial flow assembly line,and then to the automated assembly line,however,because personnel mobility the frequent change of manufacturing sites as well as the assembly line design,construction and logistics problems or defects:1.the production line transmission equipment behind-machine2.production layout unreasonable-ring3.logistics layout is not reasonable,not realizing distribution-material4.the assembly method is backward,technology file is not perfect-Method5.personnel quality is not high,the management level needs to beimproved-people6.inspection checks lax,backward,technology file is not perfect-MethodSubstandard parts lead to the unqualified products.Because the parts of the qualified rate is not high,do not pass the test,resulting in downtime to be expected phenomenon often appears,delayed follow-up process,serious impact on product quality and production efficiency.In the production task,the employee must work overtime to meet the delivery requirements,resulting in staff and equipment load is too large;the production task less,staff workload is too small,economic income is reduced,on employee job enthusiasm influence;in addition,the production site layout is unreasonable,long working hours and other factors make the staff easily fatigue,increased the nonstandard operation and the possibility of safety accident.Site layout unreasonable,advanced tooling equipment,R & D update is a slow process and other reasons,resulting in each production link is not harmonious,process to generate a large number of inventory,resulting in a pipelined bottleneck,generating unnecessary motion and can avoid the waiting.Therefore ascension mixing console assembly line work efficiency has become my company shorten the production cycle of the priority among priorities.This topic through the mixing console assembly line construction methods,means and measures,in accordance with the principles of lean thinking,through the introduction of new equipment,new method,eliminate backward technology,and the station for process capability balance analysis,operation so as to realize the continuous operation of redistribution,the mode of operation,strict control the production cycle time,improve production capacity,improve the production efficiency.Based on the assembly line improvement,achieved a mixing console assembly line continuous flow,reduces the labor intensity, improve product quality,shorten the production cycle,improve the production line capacity,for the company’s produc ts and provide a strong guarantee.
