An Integration Strategy Research Between Residential Kindergarten And Surrounding Environment In Lanzhou

With the rapid development of real estate construction in China,the number of residential kindergartens has been increasing steadily.How to deal with the interaction and overlap between residential kindergartens and the surrounding multi-environmental factors,so as to form a complementary relationship among the various factors,to create a high-quality residential environment to make a contribution is the focus of this paper.First of all,through the study of the domestic and foreign research within the scope of analysis,explained the residential kindergarten and the surrounding environment integration theory and characteristic analysis,Based on the analysis of the present situation of the residential area and the changing trend of the infant population in Lanzhou City,this paper explains the importance of the development of the residential kindergarten.and then from the existing research data,on-the-spot investigation,mapping,questionnaire survey,interviews,summarized a variety of methods to analyze and evaluate the current situation of the use of research cases,extract the characteristics of residential kindergarten and its surrounding environment,detailed analysis of Lanzhou residential kindergarten and the surrounding environment of the common problems.Based on the residential kindergarten and its surrounding environment in Lanzhou City,From Lanzhou City Chengguan district,Qilihe District,Anning District,Xigu District four main urban areas,eight kindergartens were selected as the key analysis cases to carry out temporal observation,investigation and analysis,the function environment,the space environment,the landscape environment and the physical environment are analyzed,and the trend of the research and development of the residential kindergarten is obtained,that is,the residential kindergarten building of the single and extensive,the surrounding environment of the difference and residential kindergarten and the surrounding environment of the integration.And comb the common problems caused by the lack of integrated concept guidance,mainly including the following:(1)Functional Environment: The Peripheral Land Block function type is relatively simple,land intensive degree is insufficient;(2)the space environment: The waiting line is no clear and the parking area is missing,the Public Space Level incomplete,lacking to the negative space utilization and so on questions;(3)landscape environment:lacking of late management of plants,lacking of arbor planting around the residential kindergarten,few service facilities,too monotonous pavement and so on questions;(4)physical environment: There are no noise-reducing facilities around the kindergarten,the high-rise buildings and the layout of the buildings are not conducive to natural ventilation andso on questions.Finally,Combining theoretical research with field research,basing on the analysis of the principles and elements of the integration of the two,four integration strategies are proposed:(1)integrating with the functional environment: aggregation of multiple resources,integrating kindergarten with public facilities and public green space;(2)integrating with space environment: integrating waiting space,parking space and recreating space by controlling the space scale;(3)integrating with landscape environment: Integration of Greening Environment,building environment and facility environment through layout of greening system,enrichment of color and more user-friendly facilities;(4)integrating with physical environment: Integration of the sound environment,light environment and thermal environment through shaping of architectural space form,The aim of this paper is to create a humanized living environment under the background of rapid urbanization through the integration of residential kindergarten and surrounding environment,to meet the requirements of the construction of livable environment and the needs of different groups of people.At the same time,I hope that contemporary planners and architects in the kindergarten construction,Deeply excavate children's psychological and physiological needs,From the perspective of promoting the growth of young children,strengthen its integration with the real needs of the surrounding environment,It can contribute to the process of promoting the construction of livable environment.
