Residential building is the main place for people's daily life.The indoor air quality is closely related to the health of every resident.In recent years,the economic level of our country has been greatly improved,the residents pay more attention to their own living environment,and the demand for healthy and comfortable residential environment is more urgent.However,under the indoor and external environment,the indoor air quality has not been improved obviously,and the problems such as sick building syndrome have not been well solved.In view of this,this paper uses the method of questionnaire survey and field test method to analyze the current situation of indoor environment and gives specific control measures on energy saving and pollution control.A total of 350 questionnaires were distributed and 262 valid questionnaires were collected in Xi'an city and Lanzhou city.The questionnaire is analyzed from five aspects: family background,housing basic characteristics,indoor air quality,daily behavior and habit,energy consumption.The purpose of this study is to understand the building situation,daily behavior habits and reaction to indoor and outdoor environment.A total of 25 houses in Xi'an and Lanzhou were selected to measure the common indoor pollutions and analyzed the sources,changes and influencing factors of the pollutants.The results show that indoor formaldehyde and organic volatiles are not very serious,and they can meet the hygienic requirements of indoor personnel in natural conditions.Indoor particles should be focused on.The concentration of indoor particles will beseasonal changes,and it is serious in winter.According to the regularity of the change of pollution,different control strategies have been put forward.In addition to other seasons in winter,the outdoor conditions are good,and natural ventilation can be considered to create a good indoor environment,especially in the transition season,with great energy saving potential.In winter,the effects of air purifier and fresh air system with filtering function on indoor environment are analyzed.It is found that the air purifier has a certain effect on the indoor PM2.5,but the fresh air cannot be introduced.It is impossible to meet the demand of the indoor people by the infiltration air only.Usually,the household will ignore the serious outdoor pollution situation with the comfort as the main starting point.In this paper,the opening time is sought according to the AQI index.The fresh air system with filtering function is more comprehensive.
