Study On The Design Of Suitable Aging Facilities For Rural Private-age Care Institutions In The Perspective Of Aging

China’s aging is becoming more and more serious,and the issue of old-age care has become a major challenge for society.In rural areas,traditional home-based care has begun to transition to institutional pensions.Due to the underdeveloped economy in rural areas,the development of rural private pension institutions has been restricted.In particular,the aging facilities in old-age care institutions are currently unreasonably configured and have a single function.The problem of low utilization rate does not fully take into account the physical,mental and behavioral needs of the elderly,thus hindering the development of rural private pension institutions.Based on this background,this paper is based on the theory of Maslow’s hierarchy of needs,based on the research of rural private pension institutions and suitable aging facilities,and investigates the status quo of rural private pension institutions and suitable aging facilities at home and abroad.The relationship and attribute classification of rural private pension institutions and suitable aging facilities,and summarizing the design elements,principles and methods of rural aging facilities,and finally taking Qidong Huihe Yishou Care Home as a research case,first research institutions Basic information,then through the questionnaire survey,interviews and field research to analyze the status quo and existing problems of the organization’s aging facilities,and determine the design and positioning of the aging facilities from the function,shape and human-machine relationship,and then comprehensive information from fitness Both the facilities and the rest facilities carried out the design practice of Qihe Huihe Yishou Care Home.Finally,the final design was evaluated by questionnaire survey,which verified the satisfaction of the elderly people in the design.The research has certain reference value and reference significance for the design of suitable aging facilities for other rural private-age care institutions.
