| In recent years,China has developed rapidly in economic and social construction,and the aging population has also received wide attention from all walks of life.The problems of old-age care and the related problems have inevitably become the social problems to be solved in China today.With the continuous renewal of the old-age model and concept,there are many kinds of old-age building space.However,due to the late development of the old-age construction industry in our country and the lack of sound theoretical support of the old-age system in line with China’s national conditions,the corresponding old-age facilities and management system are in the stage of development to be improved.With the increasingly fierce competition in the old-age construction industry market,the concept of "aging building space construction" has been widely concerned and has many successful cases.From the perspective of space cognition and environmental behavior,this paper analyzes the pattern of relevant cases at home and abroad from the aspects of indoor and outdoor space layout,functional structure and so on,and puts forward a suitable aging design strategy for indoor and outdoor space of old-age buildings in line with the current national conditions in China.The article will take the old-age building space as the research object,first from the old people’s physiological and psychological characteristics,combined with the relevant theoretical knowledge to carry out the aging analysis,and under the premise of adapting to the present situation of our country,to carry on the people-oriented design analysis to the old building space.Secondly,through the field investigation and research analysis of Delan apartment for the elderly in Taiyuan City,combined with other excellent cases,compared and analyzed the aging design ideas,management models and business conditions,and so on,to clarify the main contradictions and related problems,and put forward corresponding design strategies for the distribution of indoor space structure,outdoor public space,living facilities for the elderly and so on.And through the form of questionnaire,this papersummarizes and analyzes the aging needs of the elderly at different stages,based on the theory of environmental behavior,sociology and psychology,starting from the daily behavior habits of the elderly,deeply excavates the psychological and physiological needs of the elderly at different ages,and gives the elderly group more appropriate humanistic care.Under the premise of promoting the construction of aging-appropriate old-age space in an all-round way in our country,taking the concept of humanistic care as the original intention,combining with the theoretical achievements of aging-appropriate indoor and outdoor space design of old-age buildings,we hope to explore more aging-appropriate building models,provide new ideas for the future design of physiological and psychological living space suitable for the elderly,and further improve the related construction of the theory system of people-oriented old in our country. |
