Research On The Application Of Suitable Aging Design Under The Social Pension Mechanism

With the continuous deepening of the population aging in our country,the aging of our country has shown many new features.First of all,the base of the elderly population in our country is too large.As a result of the social and economic development,the function of family pension is being weakened continuously.The proportion of disabled,elderly and empty-nesters is also increasing.Social structure is contradictory.At the same time,With higher cultural level and economic reserves,more elderly people tend to stay in pension institutions to spend their late years.However,our country has carried out development and construction in pension facilities,which cannot meet the demand for accommodation in the future either in quantity or in quality.This article focuses on the research on the physiological and physiological needs of the elderly living in nursing homes and discusses the indoor and outdoor aspects of the adaptive aging design in order to summarize an appropriate aging design countermeasure to make the elderly live more comfortable and convenient.In this paper,a detailed study of the pension system in developed countries and analysis of excellent cases,summarize the details of the aging design in developed countries,refine the adaptive and user-friendly design that can be applied to domestic pension institutions.At the same time,the author participated in the investigation of some pension institutions in Xi’an.By analyzing the data obtained,more details of aging adaptation were explored for the enlightenment of the spatial layout and function allocation of pension institutions.Finally,apply the main points of institutional aging to the aging design of Yangling Demonstration Zone pension service center.
