Study On Suburban Village Planning In Northwest Of Shandong Province Under The Strategy Of Rural Revitalization

In the new era,the principal contradiction between urban and rural areas in China has shifted from the dual separation of urban and rural areas to the contradiction between the increasing demand for urban and rural residents' living quality and the unbalanced and inadequate development of urban and rural areas.The new urbanization construction and rural revitalization strategy promoted by the state have promoted the optimization and allocation of urban and rural factors by giving overall consideration to urban and rural development.As the most rapid and sensitive area in the process of urbanization in China,the inner suburbs are the frontier areas in the current urban-rural development.Due to the radiation influence of adjacent cities,the development of the inner suburban villages presents a diversified and differentiated state.The evolution of villages will affect villagers' life quality.How to guide villages to achieve sustainable development through scientific planning has become a topic worthy of research.It is significant for the revitalization and sustainable development of the inner suburban villages to make an in-depth study on the planning of typical inner suburban villages like Daxu village in Qihe county and explore the planning strategy of suburban villages in northwest of Shandong province under the rural revitalization strategy.From the comprehensive perspective of urban and rural planning,this thesis puts the planning of inner suburban villages in northwest of Shandong province under the national strategy of urban and rural development and rural revitalization.After analyzing the relevant concepts of "inner suburb,inner suburban village,village planning" and interpreting the theories and practices of rural planning and construction at home and abroad,this thesis concludes that the current problems of the inner suburban villages in northwest of Shandong province include: "unclear industrial structure,low degree of industrial integration,weak industrial benefits;inefficient use of land space,mixed and disorderly environmental features,damaged ecological pattern;inefficient public governance,excessive reliance on the government,civil participation ".As for how to solve the problems in the development of the inner suburban villages in this region by planning and design,this thesis constructs the general idea of "industrial transformation,spatial environment optimization,policy and system coordination".Then puts forward the strategy about "industrial transformation and extension chain;spatial combination and system layout;habitat restoration and scientific use;public governance bottom-up and multi-type methods",which were applied to the practice case of Daxu village.In this way,the author's views on the planning and development of inner suburban villages are expressed,and it is expected to be a reference object in the planning of suburban villages in northwest of Shandong province.
