Research On The Overall Reconstruction Of Villages In The Context Of Rural Revitalization

The strategy of rural revitalization is an important part of the strategy of developing a strong country.At present,the construction of beautiful villages in China is in full swing,however,the systematic research on the overall transformation of villages is still blank.Starting from this,this study systematically studies the overall transformation of villages under the background of rural revitalization through theoretical induction,horizontal and horizontal comparison,investigation and analysis of Gothmann scale and case practice.The main contents are as follows:In theory,the connotation and extension of rural revitalization are deeply studied,the essence of rural revitalization is deeply discussed,and the research progress of rural revitalization at home and abroad is expounded.Through comparative study of typical cases of rural revitalization at home and abroad,the successful experience of rural revitalization is summarized and refined.On this basis,the paper explores the road of rural revitalization which is suitable for our country.Through systematic investigation and research,the main demands of villagers for village construction were understood,and the survey data were scientifically processed by the method of Gothmann scale,so as to obtain the expectations and visions of villagers for the village and provide theoretical reference for the planning and design of the village.On the basis of the above research,combined with the rural revitalization project of Qiujiadian town,this paper carried out a practical research on the overall reconstruction of Wanglinpo village.First of all,the basic status of the project is explored and SWOT analysis is made to form the basic transformation ideas,including the idea of increasing the income of the first production,the idea of promoting the second production and the idea of integrating the third production.Then the industrial development and the nature of the village are defined.The plan of agricultural production includes improvement of supporting facilities,scientific planting and breeding mode,protection from drought and flood,planning of increasing production and income;The reconstruction planning of village settlements includes the improvement of sanitary facilities,the transformation of road system,the treatment of abandoned land,the utilization of deserted old houses,the construction of nursing institutions for the elderly,the enrichment of recreational life,the establishment of civilized village style and the improvement of village appearance.In the design of the improvement of village appearance,it is based on the principles of rural customs,local materials,economical construction and appreciation.The former and back plots,primary and secondary roads,decaying old houses,abandoned pits and ponds,abandoned plots,etc.Among them,the local culture of the countryside is mainly excavated,forming the transformation theme of the home of the beautiful villages and roads,fully tapping the local context,taking into account the guidance of civilized rural customs,and the cultivation of villagers and many other aspects.The transformed village will be a beautiful village with prosperous industry,rich life,livable ecology,civilized style and effective governance.Through this study,the author hopes to provide a model for the village reconstruction in the hilly areas of Shandong and make a modest contribution to the rural revitalization.
