Study On The Planning And Construction Of Suburban Villages Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization

With the development of rural revitalization strategy,the construction and development of villages has become an increasingly concerned issue in all circles of society.Due to the late start of rural construction in our country,the lack of rationality of the layout of village construction in many areas due to the neglect of village planning and the limitation of the capacity of the planners,has caused many problems left over from the historical village construction.As a special rural form,suburban villages are greatly influenced by urban construction,and the problems of development are more complicated.There are few theoretical studies on the planning and construction of suburban villages,and the practice of the planning and construction of villages is still moving forward.This article tooks Xiaobagou Village and Dingjiagao Village in Guoyuan Town,Jiuquan City,Gansu Province as an example,through field investigation,the construction of two suburban villages in Suizhou District is fully understood.According to the ideas of various evaluation systems,the comprehensive evaluation system for the development potential of village revitalization in Suzhou district is constructed,the weights of various factors of village development are determined by AHP,and the models are applied to the development of two villages The potential is evaluated,combined with the investigation and statistical analysis of the villagers and the land use analysis of the village construction,the advantage of the village development potential is sorted out,which is the main breakthrough point for the village to realize the rural revitalization The scheme provides theoretical basis.Then,according to the local situation and problems,the planning plan is established.In order to promote the construction and development of village in Guoyuan town,Suzhou district.This article compared and analyzed the national economic situation of Suzhou and Gansu provinces,and found that the rural economic foundation of northwest China is weak,the per capita rural income level was more backward than that of the country,the financial input in the construction of the village was insufficient,and the village population is seriously lost.A field survey of two suburban villages in Suzhou District,Jiuquan City revealed a series of problems in village construction:(1)The professional planning technology in the village construction was insufficient.(2)The village layout was chaotic and the village is relatively scattered.(3)The village foundation construction is still not perfect,the village human settlement environment management is poor.(4)The village industry scale is small,the industry added value is low.(5)The village development does not have the clear characteristic,the village culture appears a certain degree of lack.(6)The village is affected by the urban construction,the cultivated area is reduced,or restricted by the cultural protection land,the construction land is restricted(7)Restricted by the capital and technology,the excellent resources of the village cannot be exploited;and the service function to the city is developed Not strong. Under the strategic background of rural revitalization,suburban villages are facing new development opportunities.This article analyzed the indicators of the village’s development potential and found that: industrial development and unique resources had a very high significance on the village’s development,that would be the long-term endogenous driving force for the village’s development.The regional economy is the external driving force for the development of the village and the strong support for villages to implement various constructions.Based on the requirements of the city planning and the foundation of village development,this paper put forward some suggestions on the overall planning of land use,industrial planning,tourism planning and ecological livable planning of villages:(1)The revitalization of suburban villages requires not only the construction of a sound theoretical system and government financial support,but also the development and utilization of special resources for villages.It is also necessary to integrate the resources of all parties and establish an urban-rural linkage and regional coordinated development system.(2)In the planning of village industry development,we must pay attention to the construction of characteristic industrial chains and the application of scientific and technological innovation technologies,improve industrial added value and industrial management levels,and achieve long-term development of industries.(3)In the construction and development of tourism,we must fully tap the village’s unique rural cultural texture,develop characteristic tourism resources,integrate the resources of surrounding areas,and build a regional tourism development model.(4)In village governance,we must strengthen the cultivation of rural civilization,stimulate the vitality of villagers,and ensure the effective implementation of planning and construction.Fully implement village cultural construction and enhance rural cohesion.Pay attention to the training of villagers,improve the ability of villagers,and provide long-term motive force for the revitalization of villages.
