An Investigation On Rural External Public Space In The Plain Of Northwest Shandong Province

With the rapid development of rural economy.The material life of the villagers is improving gradually,and the way of life is changing constantly.As an important part of villagers’ living space,rural external public space is not only a material place for daily activities and exchanges,but also a material carrier for cultural inheritance.The optimization and promotion of rural external public space in the new era has important practical significance in serving life,developing economy,inheriting culture,condensing rural areas,improving living environment and realizing rural revitalization.By Lu Xi Bei plains village field investigation and inspection of the relevant literature,due to the economic development of He Jin Cheng workers increases,the villagers have keep my old house in the village to build new homes,some perennial out even settle in cities,and most of the families still keep old curtilage base and the house,so lots of vacancy.Therefore,the phenomenon of "multiple houses in one household" and "hollow village" is common,forming a situation of waste of land resources.The above situation not only affects the intensive use of land,but also seriously affects the optimization of village structure and hinders the improvement of living environment.In the survey,it was found that some villages lacked overall planning and management,the external public space was messy,and infrastructure facilities were in short supply.There were generally dirty,messy,poor and damaged phenomena.In addition,due to the change of people’s lifestyle,the external public space in rural areas cannot meet their needs of modern life in terms of function.Lack of design of external public space,lack of maintenance of public facilities,lack of regional culture and other phenomena exist in large numbers.This paper summarizes and analyzes the basic attributes,types and levels of rural external public space,summarizes its basic characteristics and functions,sorts out the factors that affect it and the development trend,and studies and discusses the planning and design strategies of rural external public space in plain areas.Finally,the article to dezhou qingyun Zhu Jia Village Shang Tang town as an example,on the basis of the original village architecture,from the present situation investigation to the village village planning and actual demand from the villagers to the external public space design,function layout,traffic road classification,the whole external public space optimization,supporting infrastructure,etc.,discusses the suitable for qingyun country external public space planning and design concept,for Lu Xi Bei plains country external public space design research provides the theory and the practice basis.
