Study On Renewal Strategy Of Traditional Residential Houses In The Middle Hilly Area Of Shandong Province Under Rural Revitalization Strategy

In 2021,the 14 th Five-Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development of the People’s Republic of China and the Outline of the Vision for 2035（draft）proposed to take the path of socialist rural revitalization with Chinese characteristics and fully implement the rural revitalization strategy.In the context of the 14 th FiveYear Plan,it is the first year for comprehensively promoting rural revitalization.urbanization,and the history of the traditional village protection concept lag phase,so most of the traditional village will be before the attention from society,had been damaged and disappeared,a large number of historical and cultural value of higher traditional local-style dwelling houses are not reasonable protection and reuse.Under the background of rural revitalization strategy,the development of mountainous traditional villages has its own uniqueness,and the resources of mountainous residential building culture and folk culture are extremely rich.However,due to various reasons,the development and revitalization of villages in the economic,cultural,ecological,social and other aspects of difficulties,the overall development of villages is greatly hindered.This thesis takes the traditional villages in the central part of shandong Mountain area have been listed as national or provincial traditional villages as example.In the context of rural revitalization,in view of the current situation of its development,through field research,interviews,literature and other methods to extract the characteristics of local traditional dwellings advantages.The research is composed of three parts.The first part is the introduction,which defines the scope and object of research under the current research background,clarifies the purpose and significance of this research,summarizes the current research status and existing research shortcomings,and proposes the research method of this article.The second part is chapter two and three,which is the policy interpretation of the rural revitalization strategy and the status quo of some traditional villages and dwellings in the central mountain area of Shandong province,and summarizes and clarifies the regional characteristics of traditional dwellings in the central mountain area of Shandong Province.The third part is chapter four and five,which puts forward two aspects from the interpretation of rural revitalization strategy in the context of traditional villages in the central mountainous area of Shandong province and the specific research on the renewal strategy of traditional residential houses in the central mountainous area of Shandong Province.It makes clear the specific update content and update mode of traditional residential houses in central Shandong mountain area and studies the update strategy of traditional residential houses from three aspects of ecological livable,culture and industrial integration development.Based on the advanced technology and renewal experience at home and abroad,this thesis puts forward the renewal strategy of ecological livable construction and regional cultural inheritance based on the renewal of traditional residential houses under the rural revitalization strategy.It not only inherits the ecological advantages of traditional residential construction,but also optimizes the material properties and building structure of buildings with construction technology,so as to meet the people’s pursuit of ecological livable countryside.It not only inherits the excellent cultural characteristics of traditional native dwelling houses,but also activates the endogenous power of culture with the inheritance of building skills,the development of innovative industries and artistic activities.Put forward technical protection and renewal measures,the basic way of industrial revitalization and preliminary suggestions on management and maintenance.To a certain extent,it provides feasible suggestions for the protection and renewal of traditional mountainous villages and their traditional dwellings under the rural revitalization strategy.
