A Study On The Planning Strategy Of The Suburb Of Small And Medium-sized Cities

At present,in the process of urbanization in China,large cities have begun to enter the late stage of urbanization,and the potential of small and medium-sized cities has been gradually tapped.The suburban area of small and medium-sized cities has become the first choice for urban development,which is the area with the fastest development,the most obvious contradiction between urban and rural areas,and the most easy to realize the overall planning of urban and rural areas.In the process of the rapid development of small and medium-sized cities,suburban areas bear the functions of transferring population and undertaking industries,which also exposes many problems.To solve these problems has become one of the key factors affecting the development of small and medium-sized cities.Therefore,the main purpose of this paper is to analyze the evolution process of small and medium-sized urban suburbs,the needs and problems of inner cities and townships,and to put forward solutions and ideas,as well as its application in small and medium-sized urban suburbs.The technical route of the whole paper is "theoretical research,analysis and summary,strategic thinking and practical demonstration".First of all,this paper introduces the development background of small and medium-sized suburban areas,domestic and foreign relevant research theories and related concepts,summarizes and reviews the formation and development mechanism of the suburban areas,finds that the main driving force is the economy in the suburban areas,the natural binding force is the ecological foundation,the directional power is the infrastructure foundation,and the potential sustainability is the cultural heritage,and summarizes In recent years,domestic research.Secondly,the development and evolution characteristics of small and medium-sized suburban areas are analyzed from three angles of "production,space and ecology",and the development types of suburban areas are analyzed and summarized.According to the development relationship,it is predicted that there are three possible development models in the future.By determining the type of development,this paper analyzes the existing problems around the dual factors of urban and rural areas in the inner suburbs.Then,it summarizes the inner city and township of the suburb from five aspects:spatial development,industrial transformation,cultural heritage,ecological protection,infrastructure services,etc.,forms the idea of "solving problems as the basic,achieving demands as the goal",and puts forward the corresponding development strategy of thesuburb.Finally,taking the north area of Jinsong New District in Songzi City as an example,based on its development location,economic development and industrial status,combined with the strategy proposed above,this paper makes an example demonstration,and combined with the current conditions,puts forward some overall ideas and planning methods.This paper attempts to analyze the development of the inner rural and the central urban areas in the suburbs of small and medium-sized cities,and puts forward some practical strategies based on practical cases,which is helpful to solve the practical problems of the development of the suburbs of small and medium-sized cities under the same conditions...
