| With the rapid development of China’s urbanization process,the size of cities has gradually expanded,and the distance traveled by residents has also increased.The contradiction between the rapidly expanding scale of motorized travel and the insufficient supply of transportation facilities has become increasingly prominent,and the problem of traffic congestion has gradually emerged,becoming the focus of discussion.At the same time,in the process of continuous expansion of the city,new urban areas often have the dilemma of single function,insufficient public transportation and inadequate infrastructure in the early stage of construction,resulting in the travel time of residents and other modes of travel in this area.There is a large difference in cost,which creates an unfair traffic phenomenon.The research content of traffic fairness is extensive,including research on concepts,travel characteristics of different travel groups,and the interaction between traffic travel and the environment.There are corresponding evaluation methods for different research content.However,the previous literatures mostly stayed in the theoretical research,or evaluated the fairness of the research samples and summarized the resulting phenomena,but lacked the mining of the spatial characteristics of the traffic fairness problem.This article selects the Baotai area of Ziyang City as a research sample,hoping to find out the existing problems by evaluating its current traffic fairness,and then based on the traffic fairness problems in the area,through the urban planning design method,the above problems Make a spatial response.The article first sorts out the concept and evaluation method of traffic fairness.Based on the research content of this article,it summarizes the traffic fairness evaluation method characterized by spatial accessibility,and summarizes the two characteristics of "resident travel characteristics-urban spatial form".In terms of evaluation factors,a spatial barrier model is used to construct a traffic fairness evaluation system.Through the construction of the traffic fairness evaluation system and the investigation of the residents’ travel characteristics,urban transportation system,land use distribution,public transportation system and other factors in the study area,the GIS software was used to construct the transportation network model,and then the OD matrix Similar travel behaviors are evaluated for accessibility,and the current traffic fairness evaluation is obtained through horizontal and vertical comparisons.And through the analysis of the evaluation results,it summarizes the problems related to urban land use planning,road network system planning,public transportation system planning,and public space system planning.Based on the above combing of the current situation of traffic fairness,the optimization design method of "road system optimization-land use optimization-public transportation system optimization-public space optimization" is proposed.Respond at the level,and based on the optimization plan,build a corresponding transportation network,conduct a traffic fairness evaluation of the optimization plan,compare with the current traffic fairness evaluation results,and obtain the feasibility of the plan.Finally,the above urban design methods are summarized,and the planning and design strategies of the new urban area of small and medium-sized cities based on the traffic fairness background are obtained,including:(1)a complete,small block road network system planning strategy;Land use planning strategy;(3)efficient,multi-level public transportation system planning strategy;(4)convenient and multi-functional public space system planning strategy. |
