Study On The Planning Of Fire Facilities Layout In Small And Medium–Sized ChuanDao Cities In Northwest

In recent years,with the continuous development and expansion of the city,urban security problems emerge in endlessly.Many countries in the world are aware of the need for urban fire construction,and security and disaster prevention has become the basic requirements of urban environment,but also put forward new demands to urban security.As a kind of special northwest urban form and characteristics of city layout,ChuanDao type small and medium-sized cities of the development of firefighting industry is seriously lagging behind the economic and social development,which is difficult to meet the actual needs.The traditional fire facility layout method may make the specification content not applicable due to the influence of the city form and structure.In this context,it is necessary to explore the methods and strategies of fire facilities layout for small and medium-sized ChuanDao cities in the northwest region by means of scientific theory and practiceBased on the theory and method of accessibility,this paper analyzes the spatial blocking effect of narrow and medium-sized cities in the ChuanDao type from four aspects: time limit,natural space,social space and urban space,and tries to analyze the spatial and temporal accessibility of small and medium-sized cities.The layout of the facilities to explore the impact of the constraints of the layout,use GIS technology to carry out the layout,and put forward the strategy to guide the planning of facilitiesFirst of all,found that the research question from the selected topic background,research subject and research method,and the combing technology route;Secondly,through the theory and methods,the relevant laws and regulations and standardize research progress of research,this paper explores the theory and method of the research applied to the study;Thirdly,it analyzes the characteristics of the small and medium-sized ChuanDao cities in the northwest and the layout of the fire facilities,and reveals the constraints on the layout of the fire facilities the small and medium-sized ChuanDao cities in the northwest.Questioned the practicality of the area of responsibility area developed in the specification;Fourthly,use the positioning-rationing model,the system layout fire-fighting facilities,and put forward the layout planning strategy;Fifthly,use examples to demonstrate the theory and method of this research.Finally,summarize the research and put forward the paper shortcomings and prospects.This paper mainly discusses the applicability of universal norms to the applicability of special spatial structure,analyzes the constraints of facility layout by using time-limited and spatial barrier of accessibility method,and uses GIS to complete spatial layout.Put forward fire safety facilities layout planning principles and strategies for the small and medium-sized ChuanDao cities in the northwest.Provide a new way of thinking for other space-time constraints under the conditions of the conditions of facilities.
