| The realization of new urbanization requires the coordinated development of large, medium and small cities.China has a large number of small and medium-sized cities, and the economic output value accounts for a large proportion of the country’s total output value. It plays an active and effective role in promoting urbanization.Transportation is an important support for economic development. In order to meet the needs of social and economic development of small and medium-sized cities and passenger and freight transportation,it is necessary to rationally plan the comprehensive transport networks. This paper takes small and medium-sized cities as research objects. The characteristics of travel demand in small and medium-sized cities are analyzed.Based on the analysis, the paper studies the layout of the city’s comprehensive transport network, mainly including the following aspects:(1)The basis of comprehensive transport network layout planningAnalyze the composition of the comprehensive transport network, and according to the characteristics and applicability of different transportation modes, suggestions are given on the selection of transportation modes for the comprehensive transport network of small and medium-sized cities;integrate the characteristics of transportation needs in small and medium-sized cities, select the demand nodes reasonably, predict the travel demand and the size of the comprehensive transport network is to prepare for the layout of the comprehensive transport network.(2)Layout planning method of comprehensive transport network in small and medium-sized citiesThe principles and ideas of the layout planning of the comprehensive transport network in the small and medium-sized cities are put forward. The layout method of the comprehensive transport network is designed in the small and medium-sized cities, which integrates the node importance degree method, traffic location analysis theory and mathematical model method. We adopt the node importance degree and the joint transportation location layout method to lay out the comprehensive transportation channel to form the preliminary layout planning scheme of the comprehensive transport network, and then use the planning model to optimize the preliminary layout scheme to form the recommended scheme.Based on the robustness of the comprehensive transport network,a bi-level planning model considering the random fluctuation of traffic capacity is established. The goal of this model is overall optimization of the overall transportation system. The initial layout planning plan is optimized by the bi-level planning model. Then the integrated transportation network is enhanced to deal with emergencies and daily fluctuations ability.(3)Evaluation of the layout plan of the comprehensive transport network in small and medium-sized citiesAccording to the principles for determining the evaluation indicators of the comprehensive transport network of small and medium-sized cities,we build a comprehensive evaluation indicator system.Integrate the indestructibility evaluation indicators of the integrated transportation network in the constructed evaluation system to analyze the ability of the integrated transportation network to resist risks.Analytic hierarchy process method, fuzzy evaluation method and value analysis method are used for comprehensive evaluation of layout planning.(4)Linjiang is a county-level city in Jilin Province. The proposed layout method of the comprehensive transport network of small and medium-sized cities is applied to the comprehensive transport network planning of Linjiang. We use the established evaluation index system and comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the layout plan. The case verifies the effectiveness of the layout planning method and the comprehensive evaluation method of the plan. This paper studies the layout of the comprehensive transport network of small and medium-sized cities based on the characteristics of small and medium-sized cities. The research will provide certain theoretical support for the planning of the comprehensive transport network of small and medium-sized cities. |
