Planning And Design Of Forest Park In Small And Medium-sized Cities

In recent years,the Forest Park located in the suburbs of the city has become the main way for people to relax and enjoy daily nature.Its convenient transportation accessibility and superior natural environment have been widely valued and loved by people.As one of the few large-scale recreational places in small and medium-sized cities,the suburban Forest park is playing an important role in the city.At present,forest parks in the suburbs of small and medium-sized cities in China are developing rapidly,but due to the late start,the experience in planning and construction of forest parks in small and medium-sized cities is not yet mature enough,and there are fewer relevant theories,most of which are concentrated at the national and provincial levels.The planning and construction of the suburban Forest park for small and medium-sized cities is still under constant exploration.Based on the analysis of the planning history of suburban Forest Park,this paper combs the related concepts and theories of suburban Forest Park.Based on the analysis of some typical cases of suburban forest parks in small and medium-sized cities,this paper discusses the characteristics and present situation of suburban forest parks in small and medium-sized cities It is concluded that there are some problems in the planning and construction of small and medium-sized urban suburban forest parks,such as lack of competitive advantages in resource conditions,local economic strength restricting the quality of the parks,insufficient link-up in planning affecting the long-term development,lack of commercial support,etc..Then,the evaluation system of suburban Forest Park construction condition is constructed from three aspects: location condition,resource condition and development condition.The evaluation system includes 20 index factors Among them,biological resources,natural landscape,urban economic development level,land use conditions,traffic conditions,infrastructure and other higher weight,in the small and medium-sized urban suburban forest park construction conditions have an important impact.Based on the above,the paper puts forward the strategies of planning and design for the small and medium-sized suburban forest parks with different levels of construction conditions: first-class construction conditions,with emphasis on protection;Conditions for Class III construction shall be moderately developed.According to the comprehensive evaluation on the construction condition of Heishipo Forest Park,the result shows that the construction condition score of Heishipo Forest Park is 6.496,and its development potential is Grade II.According to the evaluation results and the design strategy,it is pointed out that the planning and construction of Heishipo Forest Park in Guangyuan need to pay attention to the positioning of development,the combination of priority protection,protection and development,and the ecological construction of the park Give full play to the park’s ecological service function;give full play to the resource advantage,inject economic vitality and enrich the park’s tourism projects;improve the infrastructure construction and make a good connection with the urban infrastructure;improve the government’s planning and policy guarantee And with the Enterprise Coordination Management Relations and other development strategy advice,based on the results of this study as a guide to Guangyuan Heishipo forest park planning practice.This paper hopes to expand the planning and design theory of suburban forest park by combining theory with practice,so as to guide the planning,design and construction of Guangyuan Heishipo forest park.
