Research Of Youth Hostel Design On Qingshuitang Industrial Park Of Zhuzhou

With the advancement of urbanization and the guidance of the policy of "second step forward and third step backward",the urban industrial structure is gradually adjusting and transforming.In the process of transformation,how to properly protect and update the industrial architectural heritage bearing the mark of The Times has become a question of concern and consideration.At the same time,with the rapid development of social economy,the popularization of Internet technology and the improvement of transportation supporting measures,more tourists choose self-help Tours that are close to nature and deeply experience local cultural characteristics,and the number of backpackers,mainly youth groups,also increases significantly.This change has given rise to the vigorous development of youth hostels.The advantages of significant location advantage,low construction cost and profound cultural heritage are in line with the construction needs of youth hostels.The industrial architectural heritage has also become the target carrier of youth hostels.This paper is divided into five chapters.The first chapter starts from the rise of industrial architectural heritage renovation and the development status of youth hostels.The second chapter analyzes the feasibility of transforming industrial sites into youth hostels and puts forward the designprinciples based on the basic concepts of reusing industrial sites and youth hostels.The third chapter,based on the research and discussion as well as the actual cases,proposes the design strategy from the two aspects of spatial function design and spatial form design of the reconstruction of industrial sites into youth hostels.The fourth chapter takes the actual case of the youth hostel of qingshuitang industrial heritage park in zhuzhou city as an example to carry out the indoor and outdoor renovation and the whole project design.The sixth chapter summarizes the research results and puts forward the prospect.
