| Chinese economy has experienced rapid growth more than20years. The environmentalproblems had been along with the rapid development of industry after1990s, for instance, airpollution, water pollution, acid rain and toxic chemical pollution. And then, these problemscaused people’s attention. With the rapid development of industry, it brought more problemsto society and the environment, such as resource shortage, ecological and environmentpollution. It is important that how to renovation and improvement in industrial areas in China,especially, traditional industrial area.Due to complex and uncertain factors in old industrial areas, it has the huge differencebetween the transformation development and traditional design specifications. The traditionalcity planning limited their establishment level, content and depth requirements and different,which is difficult to measure and meet the needs of transformation development andconstruction. How to explain green transformation, and conduct a collaborative planning ofcomprehensive system by a number of factors, which is important to construct it in an oldindustrial area by route planning.Firstly, on the basis of relevant concepts and theoretical studies, is put forward to "greentransformation" ideas of system transformation as the main line to achieve the goal ofsuccessful transformation development in old industrial areas.Secondly, according to present situation, industrial development situation, populationand present environmental aspects of Zhuzhou qingshuitang industrial area, summarized themain issues affecting the development of its transformation.Finally, through the analysis of the related practical cases, it presented the view of how toconstruct "green transformation" route planning to achieve the goal of "ecological Scienceand Technology Park" transformation. This research has instruction function to theimprovement of traditional industrial area, and also which can provide a meaningful practice. |
