At present,China’s economic development at present in the industrial structure and the rapid development of urban layout adjustment,especially for one of the old industrial base of Zhuzhou in traditional factory couldn’t meet the requirements for the healthy development of the economy,after the factory relocation,production left considerable industrial construction,how to dispose of these buildings has attracted much attention.Zhuzhou’s current industrial building heritage protection work is a situation co-hosted by the development group,the government and experts.Although a lot of manpower and financial resources have been spent,industrial buildings still cannot be properly protected and reused after being identified as heritage.The reason is that the current identification method of industrial architectural heritage stays on subjective judgment,and it is difficult to classify the effective classification of protection and reuse.Based on the systematic study of relevant literature and field research,this thesis summarizes the industrial development process and heritage characteristics of Zhuzhou,uses the analytic hierarchy process to build a targeted Zhuzhou industrial building heritage value evaluation system,and carries out empirical verification.The main conclusions include the following aspects:(1)The article combs the industrial development context of Zhuzhou,and divides the development course into five distinct development stages:germination stage,construction stage,fluctuation stage,development stage and transition period.Secondly,it analyzes the industrial architectural heritage of Zhuzhou from the basic characteristics,architectural characteristics,distribution characteristics and protection status.Finally,it summarizes the two dilemmas existing in the current work: the evaluation remains in subjective judgment,and the evaluation results are out of joint with the protection and reuse.(2)This article comparative analysis of several evaluation methods,after contrast found by analytic hierarchy process to construct the evaluation system of the structure is clear,can satisfy the requirements of the multi-target appraisal,and build the value evaluation system of wholeness,do not split a single index and total value of connection,more adaptable to the value of the industrial building heritages evaluation work.(3)The article respectively from two aspects of the protection and reuse chose evaluation index,the building contains the build time for a total of 19 indexes such as the value of the evaluation system,index and calculate the evaluation result after grading,then put forward the "protection" and "transform","demolition of reshaping","original protection" four protection way of recycling.Two industrial buildings in the Qingshuitang site were tested empirically.According to the evaluation results,chimneys adopted the way of "protection and utilization" and the air compressor locomotive room adopted the way of "transformation and utilization",and similar transformation cases were provided according to their characteristics.At the end of this thesis,the evaluation results of other industrial buildings are summarized for reference in subsequent research. |
