Smart port is a new port construction direction and new technology that integrates Internet big data,CITOS(Computer Integrated Terminal Operations System),terminal production management and control,equipment automation management and control system,and Internet of Things and smart logistics platform.It has multi-border attribute conditions.It represents The port’s transformation direction and development trend in the future will breed new possibilities and new development opportunities and strengths.Under the new historical development conditions,the transition from traditional ports to smart ports includes changes in operating mechanisms and strategies,which put forward new requirements for the operation and development of ports,and at the same time drive the future development of trade and economy.This article introduces the world’s first well-known ports that realize the construction and practice of smart ports,such as Rotterdam,Singapore Port,and Hamburg Port.Practical application and exploration attempts of smart ports to obtain relevant successful experiences and methods for reference.This article describes The connotation and core technical structure of the smart port,and then analyze the Zhoushan City’s collection and distribution system and the development status of the port,and then conduct a feasibility analysis and evaluation of the construction of the Zhoushan Smart Port,and give Zhoushan City a smart port The overall plan design of the CITOS platform construction,and the design of the automated terminal loading and unloading plan in the Yangshan port area,using Flexterm software for simulation and simulation,through the monitoring point to get the berth passing capacity,the collection port volume of the sluice gate,the average queuing of the sluice gate Data such as the length,the amount of containers entering and leaving the seaside exchange area,the number of container dumps,the average queuing length of the ship,the average queuing length of the sluice gate,the utilization rate of the automated rail crane,etc.Evacuation capacity,sluice gate,container suspension bridge,ARMG benefits Rate analysis,LAGV utilization and other indicators to evaluate the efficiency of the automated terminal handling,then proposed a fixed parameter optimization measures and changes to the wisdom of stevedoring design Yangshan Port,thereby improving its operational efficiency.Finally,according to the characteristics of Yangshan Port Area,it gives rational suggestions for the construction of smart ports.
