Harbor has been an important resource for country's development.Berth system is a key joint of the logistics chain. The amount of research productions in the field of berth system increases a lot.The research of harbor system developed rapidly. This will benefit both theoretics and practical operations. The main effective factors on throughput of the berth system are analyzed.Exact system simulation method is taken. This dissertation offers simulation model to slove berth allocation problem(BAP).BAP is transformed into conditional vessels mooring problem. And there are nine presumption for a vessel to choose mooring point. The goal is minimize the whole waiting time.Multiobjective function is offered to determine best combination of several types of berths. It is composed of three parts including the experiential numerical value range of AWT/AST(average waiting time, average service time) and berth utilization.Another is minimization of synthetic time. The synthetic time consists of vessel service time and berth vacancy time. The result offers the best allocation vessels to berths by determining which vessel calls to which berth in which order and how to determine the best combination of different types of berths. |
