Research On The Planning And Design Of Historic And Cultural Villages From The Perspective Of Rural Revitalization

Historical and cultural villages have been formed in the long history of thousands of years of Chinese history.They not only have a long history,unique regional customs,characteristic architectural space,but also have distinct and non-renewable features.However,the current living conditions of historical and cultural villages are not optimistic.On the one hand,after the erosion of the years and the erosion of wind and rain,the original architectural features have suffered various degrees of damage.Since most of the villages have not received the attention and effective maintenance of the relevant parts after the damage,they are gradually disappearing.On the other hand,with the accelerating urbanization process and the widening gap between urban and rural areas,most of the historical and cultural villages have experienced the phenomenon of population aging and hollowing out of the countryside,which is facing the problem of “developing no one,no development” Therefore,the planning and research of ancient villages with historical and cultural values is of vital importance to their future development.China's Central No.1 Document promulgated in 2018 proposed to vigorously implement the rural strategy,which provided a clear direction for the future development of our country's countryside,and also provided policy support for better planning of historical and cultural villages.Based on the perspective of rural revitalization strategy,in-depth discussion of what to plan,how to plan is a problem that we must be clear in the planning,and after the relationship between the two is clarified,the historical and cultural villages are planned to be active and holistic.There are a large number of villages with historical and cultural values in Shanxi Province.According to 2017 statistics,there are 279 villages with important protection value entered into thecatalogue of traditional villages in the country.Therefore,I chose Shang'an Village in Jinzhong,which is more representative of the glorious history of thousands of years,to conduct on-the-spot investigations on the ancient architectural forms and historical streets of the village.Based on the rural sustainable development,urban-rural integration theory and ecological livability,this paper comprehensively analyzes the current situation of Shang'an Village,and proposes a planning strategy applicable to Shang'an Village.It is based on the development of tourism to promote the village's economic level and avoid Destroy the main architectural monuments,ensure the historical authenticity and give full play to the characteristic historical and cultural values of Shang an Village,better solve the problems it faces in development,and realize the green sustainable development in the true sense.
