Research On The Whole Process Of Cost Control Of Shantytown Transformation And Resettlement Housing Construction Project Under EPC Mode

The EPC general contracting mode is a mainstream contracting mode commonly used in developed countries and international projects.With the increasing number of attempts in China's EPC mode,the shantytown transformation and resettlement housing construction project efforts have become more and more important.Under the EPC general contracting mode,how to do well of the cost management and control of the shantytown reconstruction resettlement housing construction project is a key issue to improve the market competitiveness of construction enterprises and save government construction funds.Adopting scientific cost management for EPC general contracting mode to achieve effective cost management and control,while improving corporate efficiency,it has better promoted the process of shantytown renovation.Therefore,it is very important to research the construction cost control of shantytown reconstruction resettlement research under the EPC general contracting model.In this thesis,the theory of EPC general contracting mode,shantytown transformation and cost control in the whole process is briefly summarized and analyzed,and the important role of value engineering method and earned value method in cost control is briefly described.Then the risk factors in the whole process of project cost control are studied and summarized,and combined with the whole process cost control theory,taking the EPC general contracting mode shantytown transformation and resettlement housing construction project jointly undertaken by A Design Institute and ZH Construction Company as the research object.This thesis analyze the cost control measures and effects of the project from the decision-making stage,the design stage,the construction stage and the completion and acceptance stage and emphatically analyzes the application of the value engineering method in the comparison and selection of multiple schemes,the application of earned value method in the construction process verifies the effect of the whole process cost management theory in the practical application,finds out the deficiency of the research object in the cost management process,and puts forward relevant suggestions.The research on the cost management and control under the EPC general contracting mode of shantytown reconstruction of this thesis can play a supplementary role to the existing research in our country.In which the establishment of scientific cost management system and the use of scientific management methods has certain reference and use for reference to the cost control of the resettlement housing construction project in the future.
