| Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the country began to optimize the deployment of territorial space planning and the construction of ecological civilization.Subsequently,the central government held a number of work meetings on spatial planning,which clearly required to promote the construction of spatial planning system and carry out the detailed requirements of integrating multiple plans.Since 2014,the ministries and commissions of the State Council have carried out spatial planning innovations at the provincial level and the integration of multiple plans at the city and county levels.In May2019,work on national,provincial,municipal,county and township spatial planning for the new period began.At present,based on the practical experience and stage achievements of territorial spatial planning at the pilot city,county and provincial level in the early stage,the establishment of a huge system of territorial spatial planning in all parts of the country is also under way in the planning industry.As a key link in the overall territorial spatial planning,the county-level territorial spatial planning is an important link to implement the comprehensive control of land and resources,as well as the use and control of territorial spatial planning.Although the overall goal and content of its compilation are basically clear,the technology and path of its compilation are still vague.Based on this,this article in view of the contradiction in spatial planning system is the most concentrated county level,the county area is the second largest county of Shanxi Province-Lin County selected as a study case,based on the county territory resources endowment,strategic positioning,gauge more unity,"double evaluation" based comprehensive job analysis,and put forward the related policy conclusions,around the same type at the county level so as to provide experience for national spatial planning and perfect.The coordination strategy of territorial spatial planning and the idea of combining multiple plans into one can be used as the basis for the theoretical and practical exploration of the compilation of territorial spatial planning at the county level and provide the compilation path for the compilation.This study based on field investigation Lin County county,on the basis of area space through the analysis and research resources development basic elements,including natural resources background factors,social economic factors,such as basic elements to make comprehensive evaluation on its land space,clear the advantages and disadvantages of current Lin County base spatial resources,and overall analysis of the current Lin County exist various types of planning,and its development strategy and planning objectives were briefly carding and analysis,with multiple gauge and the theory of practice to research and analyze the next national spatial planning,on the basis of all kinds of spatial data to evaluate double Lin County space resources and environment research,To explore the urban construction and agricultural production Lin County space under the perspective of environmental carrying capacity and suitability,and put forward the next Lin County national spatial planning risk issues and countermeasures,and the path is based on the analysis of all the contents and research,from the perspective of Lin County practice exploration,method and strategy of county national spatial planning path direction,in-depth studies are looking for the next step Lin County the compilation of national spatial planning provides direction and strategy of support. |
