Faced with the continuous improvement of reactive armor technology,anti-"reactive armor" technology has become one of the research hotspots.Tandem warhead technology as an effective anti-"reactive armor" technology,experts and scholars at home and abroad continue to apply new structures and new materials into tandem warhead technology.This article studies the tandem warhead penetration of oblique reaction armor targets,the low-density jet technology is applied to the front stage of the tandem warhead.On the basis of the low-density jet of the front stage of the tandem warhead penetrates the oblique reaction armor and does not explode,it avoids the explosion of the oblique reaction armor to the post-jet of the tandem warhead interference,maximizing the ability of the post-jet to penetrate the main target plate.In turn,it increases the damage power of the tandem warhead to the oblique reaction armored target.This article first introduces the domestic and foreign research status of tandem warhead technology,low-density jet technology and reactive armor technology.Based on the structural principle of oblique reactive armor targets,the tandem warhead structure studied in this paper is designed,PTFE is selected as the material of the low-density liner of the front stage.Through the numerical simulation research method,the forming performance of the front-stage damage element of the tandem warhead was studied,and the effects of the thickness of the liner,the cone angle of the liner and the charge height on the performance of the low-density jet forming of the front stage were analyzed;based on the study of the penetration performance of the frontstage low-density jet on the steel target,the process of the front-stage low-density jet penetrating the oblique reaction armor was studied,the effect of the incident angle on the penetration of the front-stage low-density jet into the oblique reaction armor without explosion was analyzed.In order to study the matching performance of the serial damage elements,numerical simulation of the formation process of the front-jets and post-jets of the tandem warhead,the effects of the distance between the front and back stages of the tandem warhead and the delay initiation time of the front and back stages on the performance of the front-jets and post-jets forming are analyzed.Based on the research of the matching performance of the tandem warhead,numerical simulation of the process of the series warhead penetrating the oblique reaction armor target,the effects of the low-density jet and the copper jet on the penetration capability of the tandem warhead was analyzed.Research indicates,when the front damage element of the tandem warhead is a low-density jet,it can avoid the impact of the explosion of the oblique reaction armor on the penetration ability of the post-jet,compared with the copper jet of the front damage element,the penetration depth of the front stage of the tandem warhead using a low-density jet to penetrate the oblique reaction armor target was increased by 96 mm,and the penetration depth was increased by 17.45%,increased penetration depth of tandem warheads on oblique reaction armor targets.
