In order to cope with modern submarines and ships with higher protection ability,torpedo,as a sharp sword in the sea,bears the heavy responsibility of attacking enemy ships,and the structure of the warhead has a direct impact on the damage power of torpedo.In this paper,a kind of tandem shaped torpedo warhead is designed,which combines the advantages of large hole aperture and deep penetration,and has obvious effect on the damage of submarine shell and interior.The research results of torpedo warhead at home and abroad are studied,and the research status at home and abroad is familiar with.The nonlinear dynamics simulation software autodyn-2d was used to design and optimize the front and rear stages of the tandem warhead.Firstly,the layer number of the former battle liner was selected,and the influence of factors such as the thickness ratio of the inner/outer liner,the total wall thickness of the liner,the missing radius of the ball,the charge length-diameter ratio and the material of the outer liner on the jet formation was analyzed.Secondly,the structure of the rear warhead is designed,the principle of its jet formation is studied,and the influence of cylinder diameter,cylinder height,cylinder bottom wall thickness,cylinder side wall thickness,hemisphere liner wall thickness,cylinder material and baffle parameters on jet formation is analyzed.In the end,the TBM with the final parameter ratio was used to calculate the penetration value of the TBM with the layered target plate and the double-layered target plate respectively,and the damage power of the TBM was analyzed.Through the research in this paper,the following conclusions are obtained :(1)the prestage warhead of the double-layer liner is designed,which can form a non-club-shaped jet.The teflon of the outer liner makes the formed jet diameter increase,and the optimized value of the warhead structural parameters is obtained;(2)the rear warhead of the composite liner is designed,which has the advantages of jet penetration depth and great damage power,and the optimized value of warhead structural parameters is obtained;(3)a four-layer flameproof device is designed,which has good flameproof performance and good structural stability at detonation pressure and has little influence on the latter stage;(4)the tandem warhead penetrates the single-layer target plate,which not only has a strong ability to open holes and cause a large deformation of the target plate,but also has a strong front and rear effect damage power;(5)The tandem warhead penetrates the double-layer target plate,which can cause great deformation of the target plate and strong hole opening ability on the first layer target plate,between two layers of target version in the formation of cavity volume is larger,on the second floor board can also cause a certain deformation,and the penetration after the second target board,jet still has high head speed,mutilate is powerful.
