Bridge crane is widely used as an important logistics transportation equipment in the industry,The global demand for bridge cranes is also increasing,Crane enterprises urgently need to improve the efficiency of bridge crane design and production.At present,the crane design in our country is developing rapidly towards customization,intelligence and lightweight.This paper aims at the problems of low design efficiency and long design period of bridge crane in current enterprises,Combined with enterprise needs,the CAD system of bridge crane is developed.The research work is as follows:1.This paper summarizes the research status of crane and CAD technology at home and abroad,and clarifies the research direction of the paper.2.This paper analyzes the overall composition of the bridge crane,the selection design calculation of the mechanism and the structural design calculation.Bat algorithm is introduced into the section size optimization design of the main beam,and the algorithm is improved,The feasibility of the improved algorithm is verified by an example.3.According to the needs of the enterprise,the function of the bridge crane CAD system is analyzed,and the frame design,process design and module design are carried out.4.The second development of AutoCAD and SolidWorks realizes the automatic generation of 2D production drawing and 3D model of important parts of bridge crane,Use SQL server to store and manage the data of the system.5.Using Visual Studio 2010 development tool to integrate all parts with object-oriented programming idea,and finally complete the design and development of the bridge crane CAD system,Using parametric modeling to create 3D model and verify the reliability of the system operation through examples.The bridge crane CAD system studied in this paper uses the parametric technology in the design of the bridge crane with the integrated method,which makes the design of the bridge crane more rapid and intelligent,reduces the repetitive work in the design process,and improves the design efficiency and design level of the bridge crane to a certain extent.
