With the continuous acceleration of the pace of infrastructure construction in my country,crawler cranes have become one of the indispensable lifting equipment for large-scale engineering construction,and the demand for them is still expanding.As the main body of the hoisting mechanism of the crawler crane,the wire rope winding system has complex structures of the key components,the drum and the hook group,and has many design parameters.The traditional design method is time-consuming and labor-intensive,and can no longer meet the needs of modern product design.Aiming at the problem of low efficiency in the design of winding system components at present,this paper designs and opens a parametric design platform for the wire rope winding system of crawler cranes based on the actual needs of the enterprise.The specific research content is as follows:(1)Analyze and summarize the selection and calculation methods of the main components in the crawler crane winding system.On this basis,taking a certain type of double-fold line multi-layer winding reel as an example,the overall finite element analysis was carried out by ANSYS Workbench software,and the BP-GA algorithm was introduced into the optimal design of the reel body and side plate.Finally,the lightweight design of the reel is realized through the Matlab toolbox.(2)The key technologies required for the realization of the parametric design system are studied,and the parametric model of the main components of the winding system is established by using the parametric modeling tool Program and the family table.Through the comparative analysis of Creo’s secondary development technology tools,it is proposed to use the C#programming language in Visual Studio combined with the Creo VB API application program interface to develop the parametric design system.(3)The overall system architecture of the parametric system design is established through the analysis of the enterprise requirements and the system’s required realization goals,and the structure of the parametric design system is divided into modules according to the different realization functions,mainly including the data management module,Parts design module and visual auxiliary module are developed,and the different functions of each module are developed.Finally,the parametric design system is built through the form design and the reorganization of each functional module.
