The parameterized design technology is a rapid and effective method forproduct design with similar structure and shape which is mainly designed theproducts with high standardization,serialization and generalization. Thecalculation is cockamamie and the labor is reduplicative in the course ofdesigning of main girders of bridge crane, however, the structure and shape ofsame series are similar which are convenient to conduct the parameterizeddesign.Compared with the methods of traditional design, the parameterizeddesign technology can reduce the reduplication of labor and improve designefficiency of product with which the requirements of modern design is accorded.In this paper,the median box girders of the common bridge crane have beenexampled to force analysis on them.Then the strength,stiffness and stability ofmain girder are designed and checked by programming to study the secondarydevelopment technology of Pro/E deeply,based on these works,we haveresearched the parameterized design and analysis of main girder of bridge cranebased on Pro/E.In the research,Pro/E2.0is the development platform,VisualC++6.0is the development tool, Access2003is the database managementsystem, and ANSYS10.0is the analysis software,which are mainly aim at thesecondary development technology of Pro/E,the parameterized technology of3D assembled object and the application of ADO database access technology forthe system, and set up the interface of Pro/E and ANSYS, finite element analysisare made to main girder of bridge crane afer the parameterized design.In this paper,we have established a design and check module for maingirders of bridge crane,a3D parameterized module for main girders and somerelative hot-rolled steels,and a connection between Pro/E and ANSYS,it hasachieved a transmission from the design and check data to the parameterizedmodule for main girders,the3D main girders model we need could be generatedquickly.The database have been builded on Access2003for needed hot-rolledsteels of crane design and accessed in Pro/E through ADO way which can be called directly when we design the product.3D models of main girders aredirectly introduced into ANSYS through the interface between Pro/E andANSYS for finite element analysis to verify the reliability of the computation.When products are designed in different types of the same series of main girdersbridge crane, we can just make similarity series design based on templates oforiginal series. Through the secondaryary development of Pro/E, we designed aprofessional software which is suit for the parameterized design and analysis ofmian girder of bridge crane for crane industry, which has an importantsignificance to improve the design efficiency of business, reduce the laborstrength of designers, optimize the design plan of product design, shorten thedevelopment cycle, enhance the design standardization, therefore, it will have awide application prospect in the crane manufacturing industry. |
