This paper selects the company’s strategic transformation as the research case,and takes C company as the research case,based on the internal and external environment of the company’s current strategic transformation,focusing on the company’s capabilities and resources,according to the strategic environmental analysis,transformation strategy selection and strategy implementation.Logical ideas,based on a comprehensive and systematic analysis of relevant research literature,using a combination of theoretical research and case studies,combined with knowledge of management,economics,marketing and other disciplines,why C company conducts strategies The transformation,strategic transformation environment,specific transformation strategy and strategic transformation implementation strategy have carried out comprehensive and in-depth research.This paper is divided into seven chapters and three parts.Firstly,it mainly uses the method of literature research to discuss the first chapter introduction and the second chapter concept definition and concept definition and theoretical review.The second part is the case analysis part.This article mainly uses the case study method and the investigation research method to discuss the internal and external environment of the strategic transformation of Chapter Ⅲ and Chapter IV C company,in order to better understand the business environment of the enterprise.The third part mainly uses comparative research method and systematic research method to discuss C company’s transformation strategy and specific implementation strategy in detail and comprehensively.The study found that for C company,strategic transformation is an inevitable choice to get rid of internal and external difficulties and achieve sustainable development of enterprises.C.The company’s transformation of the cruise industry,the external face of tremendous development opportunities,the internal capabilities and resources,C companies need to make full use of their strengths and capabilities,to avoid threats and challenges,to develop a transformation strategy in line with their own actual situation,Thereby ensuring a smooth transition of the company.In the implementation strategy of C company’s strategic strategy transformation,this paper puts forward suggestions such as organizational structure adjustment,management management optimization,strengthening corporate culture construction,improving human resource management,and focusing on product service innovation.
