Quality Management Research Of Laboratory Construction Project In Colleges And Universities

With the development of society and the progress of science and technology,more attention has been paid to project quality management in the construction of University infrastructure,teaching and scientific research.J University Mechanics Laboratory Center was founded in June 2011.The first phase,soil mechanics laboratory,invested more than 500,000 yuan,has been completed and put into use.The subsequent expansion project of building mechanics laboratory and the new construction of hydraulics laboratory are under way.In order to ensure that the quality of the later construction can meet the requirements of the school for the construction of the experimental center,it is decided to apply the project quality management to the construction of the mechanical experimental center of J university.In this paper,literature research method and case analysis method are used to manage the quality of the construction project of J University Mechanics Experimental Center.Firstly,by consulting the relevant literature at home and abroad,combing the theory of project management,quality management and the construction project of University Mechanics Experiment center,the composition of University Mechanics Laboratory and the characteristics of laboratory construction project management are sorted out and summarized in detail.Secondly,on the basis of relevant theories,combined with the characteristics of laboratory construction project management of University Mechanics Experiment center,the general process of laboratory construction project quality management of University Mechanics Experiment Center is summarized.Then,by analyzing the problems existing in the built laboratories,the factors influencing quality problems are systematically analyzed by using the analytic hierarchy process(AHP),and the key factors affecting quality are determined.In the process of project quality management,PDCA cycle,causal analysis chart and arrangement chart are used to find out the quality problems,analyze the causes of the problems,make plans,monitor the execution process,compare and analyze the actual values with the planned values,and take corrective measures to ensure that the quality does not deviate,so as to realize that the quality of the project meets the requirements of the quality plan.By using project quality management in the construction project of J University Mechanics Experimental Center,the theory and method of project quality management are applied to the construction of University experimental center,which improves the deficiency of quality management in laboratory construction,improves the experimental teaching effect and makes rational use of project construction funds.At the same time,it provides referential experience for the construction of follow-up experimental training center.
