Quality Management Research On The Construction Project Of Sports Center In Xi Gang District Of Da Lian City

In recent years,the infrastructure industry is developing very rapidly.According to the data from the National Bureau of Statistics,the current infrastructure has become an important support to maintain domestic economic growth.With the improvement of people's overall standard of living,China's cultural and sports undertakings have also made great progress and sports infrastructure projects also show a faith-compatible scene.However,due to various reasons,especially the backwardness of infrastructure management which leads to the chaotic control over the cost,progress and quality,resulting in project overruns,overtime and quality dissatisfaction.Serious problems of planning and design may not only affect the sustainable development of the stadium and market competitiveness,but also bring a lot of inconvenience for the stadium users,seriously endangering the interests of the people.At present,stadiums are built as the city center and extend to form supporting business districts and residential area sports centers in Beijing,Shanghai,Guangzhou,Shenyang and other cities in China because of the Olympic Games,the National Games and other major events at home and abroad,where large living groups of residents are gathered so that it can be more convenient for the majority of residents to enjoy the sports industry hardware and software resources,as well as the business center nearby.This mode of combination and development will improve the city in its image,function,grade,location and other aspects,and also will promote the development of the overall fitness more effectively in the city.According to the essence spirit of the 18 th National Congress of the Party,Xigang District in Dalian is committed to creating 500-square-meter cultural circle to complete people's livelihood construction project,in which the construction of Xigang Stadium is included.Although stadium belongs to real estate construction,but its unique function reflects professional construction features and its planning and design have a very strong professional characteristics.At present,China's sports buildings have drawn great attention,especially during large events such as the Olympic Games and the Asian Games,when many construction engineers in China began to explore and study the planning,design and implementation of stadium construction and have made some achievements.However,what is special about the construction of the small residents' stadiums lies in the complexity of the design,which combines architecture,ergonomics,project management,post-sustainable development and operation and technology considerations as a whole engineering system.In order to achieve the overall goal of the project,it is necessary to strengthen the whole process of construction from the project concept understanding,the project design and planning to the project implementation and ending,forming a successful and efficient operating systemTherefore,this study adopts engineering system as the idea and sustainable development as the aim and adopting the idea,taking the global-local consideration and long-term and short-term interests into account,respecting the historical and realistic conditions and completing high-quality projects in the masses of people's best interests.
