Research On Quality Management Optimization Of The Second Phase Construction Project Of Songbei Branch Of The Fourth Hospital Of Medical University

With the improvement of medical level and the comprehensive coverage of medical security,more and more people choose hospitals for medical treatment,which puts forward new requirements for the functionality and practicality of medical buildings.This paper takes the second phase construction project of Songbei Branch of the Fourth Hospital of Medical University as the main research object,and analyzes the main problems in engineering quality management technology found in the construction process of the construction project,It also puts forward the methods to solve the similar quality problems and optimize the quality management,and formulates the guarantee countermeasures for the quality control of the construction project according to the development status of the project construction.Combine the quality management theory and technology with the actual situation of the project,improve its quality management measures,and make the whole project quality meet or exceed the predetermined requirements.First of all,summarize the quality status of the second phase construction project of Songbei Branch of the Fourth Hospital of Medical University,and introduce the status quo of the quality management system and management methods of the construction project,so as to further analyze the causes of its quality problems.Secondly,the quality management method of the second phase construction project of Songbei Branch of the Fourth Hospital of Medical University was designed and optimized,which was elaborated from each stage of the construction project,and the overall idea of quality management and evaluation of the construction project was proposed.Thirdly,the control measures for the optimization of the project quality management system are given from the three stages of project construction preparation,construction process and completion acceptance,so that the design for the optimization of the quality management of the second phase construction project of Songbei Branch of the Fourth Hospital of the Medical University can be realized.Finally,the quality assurance measures of the project are given from the four aspects of organization,resources,system and technology,which greatly promoted the realization of the project quality objectives.Taking this project as an example,some suggestions and references are put forward for the development of China’s construction project quality management.
