In recent years,with the continuous development and maturity of urbanization in China,municipal infrastructure projects have become increasingly complex.To be specific,the scale of project investment has been increasing,the scope of influence has been continuously expanded and the process technology has been continuously innovated,resulting in the rise of project risks and more new changes and developments.Meanwhile,project management is also undergoing tremendous changes.Project managers have realized the importance and necessity of risk management in mega construction projects and hope to apply the professional project risk management theories and methods to the actual project,aiming to improve risk management of projects and ensure the successful realization of project objectives.Therefore,the study and optimization of project risk management is conducive to the healthy development of municipal engineering construction industry.This paper is based on the theory of risk management and the characteristics of CSHL municipal infrastructure projects,following the risk management process,’risk identification—risk evaluation—risk response.’ It uses expert investigation,fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,AHP,etc.to study the risk management of the CSHL projects.Firstly,on the basis of risk management theory,with the assistance of questionnaire survey method and expert survey method,risk identification is carried out from the aspects of investment decision-making stage,pre-preparation stage,construction stage and maintenance stage.Secondly,with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and analytic hierarchy,the researcher conducted qualitative and quantitative risk assessment of risk factors in CSHL projects.Finally,a detailed risk response strategy would be proposed in terms of the risk factors and priorities concluded from the survey analysis.This paper starts from the analysis and discussion of risk management of CSHL.It proposes a set of solutions for risk identification,risk evaluation and risk response,aiming to improve the efficiency of projects and ensure the successful realization of projects objectives.Meanwhile,it provides a perspective for risk management in terms of mega municipal infrastructure construction projects.This paper has certain significance for promoting the development of municipal engineering construction.
