Today,with the continuous development and innovation of the society,the process of industrialization is further accelerated,among which the development of automobile manufacturing industry is the most obvious.Relevant data show that in2018,there were 225.14 million civilian automobiles in China,and the scale of automobile and manufacturing industries continued to expand.As an automobile parts manufacturer,A manufacturing enterprise needs to purchase large quantities of production materials,parts and components in the manufacturing process,so as to form a large-scale production logistics system,which brings costs to the logistics system of production enterprises.Moreover,the efficiency and efficiency conversion rate of the production logistics system are the key factors that affect the production and operation of the enterprise.The scientific and efficient rational layout of the production logistics system is the top priority in the development of the enterprise.Therefore,for manufacturing enterprises,it is great significance to build a rational structure,unified function,scientific and efficient production logistics system in view of the characteristics of high purchase base,short use cycle and high purchase and storage cost of basic materials in the manufacturing process of auto parts.Based on the domestic and foreign research on the production logistics system of enterprises,this paper analyzes the basic theory of the production logistics system of enterprises,and puts forward the necessity of optimizing the management of the production logistics system of manufacturing enterprises.Considering the characteristics of enterprise logistics system,the basic theory of enterprise production management,enterprise production logistics system management and other factors,the paper constructs basic theoretical model of manufacturing enterprise production logistics system optimization management and verifies it through practice.Combined with the current situation of the production logistics system of manufacturing enterprise,this paper analyzes the main problems and deficiencies in the management process of the production logistics system,and locks on the bottleneck faced by the optimization management of the production logistics system.Integrated production cost,logistics cost,resource management optimization,performance managementoptimization and other factors as a single objective function,establish the enterprise production logistics system management optimization model.The model is calculated by the optimization software and analyzed with the practice of optimizing the management effect of the production logistics system of relevant enterprises,which proves that the optimization model of the production logistics system of enterprises adopted in this paper is scientific and applicable.The production logistics system management optimization scheme proposed in this paper mainly includes the following aspects: production facilities layout optimization,manufacturing resource cost optimization,production logistics system management optimization and so on.According to the related theory of production logistics system,to the manufacturing enterprise production logistics management system for the problem existing in multi-level and multi-angle analysis,build the bridge for tianjin bus optimization model of production logistics management system,at the same time made the production of scientific and efficient logistics management system optimization scheme,management of enterprise production logistics system has certain guiding significance.
