Research On Optimization Of Production Logistics System Of A Company's Connecting Rod Workshop Based On Lean Theory

The development level of manufacturing industry directly reflects the productivity level of a country.It is an important factor to distinguish developing countries from developed countries,and it is also the foundation of rich countries and powerful countries.With China's economic slowdown,rising production costs and resource and environmental constraints,the development of China's manufacturing industry has also encountered unprecedented opportunities and challenges.The extensive production mode with high investment and high consumption has been unable to meet the needs of healthy and sustainable development of the manufacturing industry,so it is urgent to build an intensive and sustainable production and manufacturing mode.Based on the core idea of eliminating waste and continuous improvement in lean theory,this study takes the link production workshop of company A as the research object,analyzes the production line,layout of workshop facilities and the current situation of material handling in the link production workshop of company A,and finds out the problems existing in the workshop,such as low balance rate of production line,unreasonable layout of workshop,redundancy of material handling procedures,etc.On this basis,through the actual observation and measurement of the current situation of the workshop,using the method of combination of SLP and SHA,the production logistics system of the workshop is planned and studied,and the specific optimization scheme is proposed.The optimization scheme is screened by AHP,and the optimal scheme adapting to the current situation of the workshop is obtained.Combined with the actual situation of company A,the paper puts forward the specific strategies to ensure the implementation of lean optimization plan.Through the optimization process of the production logistics system of workshop A,this paper provides a new idea for the selection of optimization schemes for the production and manufacturing workshops,and provides theoretical and methodological support for the selection of optimization schemes for similar manufacturing workshops.
