| As market competition intensified and customer’s demand gradually moving more varieties of small quantities, companies need to shorten the production cycle to quickly and accurately respond to customer needs so that they can win market initiative and occupy enough market share.However, the current machine shop’s production logistics are roundabout, back and even more stagnation seriously, and the connecting links in each step are poor convergence, resulting in the production cycle greatly extended and managers cannot understand and control the current production schedule. The production site is confusion.Due to whether smooth logistics directly affect the production cycle, and therefore how to ensure smooth production logistics in the workshop so that the material can be quickly and orderly turnover in each process is becoming an actual production problem to be solved.This thesis taking the machining workshop as the object of study to optimize and simulate the production logistics in job shop systematically. Research divided into three parts:1. The production time mathematical model of machine shop is established. By describing the job shop production logistics system optimization problem and analyzing the state of the parts and the processing time of the parts in detail to establish the production process time model on the turnover volume to calculating the size of turnover volume between the facilities.2. Optimization system for the production logistics system of the job shop is established. Based on the relevant theory that included production logistics system, facility layout and scheduling, on the one hand this thesis analyzes job shop production system’s main constituent elements and their relationships between each other, on the other hand it extracts the core content of facility layout and job scheduling. As a result this thesis finds that the constituent elements and the core of facility layout and job scheduling is exactly the same. Therefore, as a link to the material, this thesis connects the two aspects of facility layout and job scheduling content. The facility layout is reflected in the static nature of the production logistics system and is the carrier of material flow. Job scheduling is reflected in the dynamic of the production logistics system and shows that how the material flowed on the carrier.3. The simulation models of the job shop that improved before and after is established with eM_Plant simulation software. When modeling it does not use the ideal assumptions, so that the simulation model as possible approximates to the actual production. The thesis selects the time of the production process as the optimization goal, by analyzing the simulation output data to demonstrate the effectiveness of the optimization methods, while providing a viable optimization measures for the workshop. |
