With the depth study on non-technical skills’composition, training and evaluation ofdomestic and foreign experts and scholars in different area, more and more attention has beendraw to the civil aviation pilot’non-technical skills research. But the study on non-technicalskill of our country , there are not only have the common understanding on the structure ofnon-technical skills, but also formed effective training and assessment program of non-technical skill. Therefore, development the structure of non-technical skill, and base on itdesign the training and assessment program of non-tehcnical skill, which have significantmeaning to improve the training of pilots and ensure the safety of flight. This paper took the problems which exist in research on civil aviation pilot non-technical skills to study. Through literature analysis, interviews and questionnaires, use ofdescriptive statistics, item analysis, exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factoranalysis statistical methods etc, preliminary obtained the following conclusions:(1) Preliminary developing structure model of civil aviation pilot’non-technical skills. The non-technical skills are composed by personal and social skills. Personal skills includeself management skills and cognitive skills. Social skills include interpersonal andorganizational management skills. Self management consist of self-awareness, emotionalmanagement, and stress management. Cognitive skills consist of judgment and decisionmaking and situational awareness. Interpersonal consist of communication, teamwork andtransposition thinking. Organization management consist of resource management andleadership.(2) Study on non-technical skills training and assessment with much faultiness. Mainlypoint is although most pilots agree non-technical skills for their flight to safety is morehelpful, but they received non-technical skilsl training are not only enough, but also sufficient; The non-technical skills training’contents and methods of civil aviation pilots need to befurther developed; there is not have objective non-technical skills assessment tool .(3) Preliminary developing training system of non-technical skills. Non-technicla skills training divided into before investigation of training , skills training and feedback three stages. The system of establishment is designed through the feedback of trainee pilots, colleaguesand flight instructor form closed training loop to improve and perfect training.(4) Preliminary developing behavior marker evaluation system of non-technical skills. The behavior marker evaluation system of this study draw lessons from LLC V4 behaviormarker system, the NOTECHS behavior marker system, and Annex 2 of the CAAC crewresource management training advisory circular.
