In recent years,with the gradual opening up of low-altitude airspace in China,the types and quantities of aircraft have increased year by year,and the pressure on the control and dispatch of the regulatory authorities is increasing.Traditional means and methods of supervision can no longer meet the requirements of efficient and comprehensive aircraft monitoring.Under this situation,the airborne monitoring system has become the best solution to solve the above problems.The system can monitor the aircraft in a comprehensive,real-time and accurate manner,and finally achieve the purpose of safe flight.Based on the actual project,this paper adopts Beidou navigation,4G communication,ADS-B broadcast communication and other technologies to develop Beidou-based airborne monitoring equipment,namely Beidou terminal equipment,and designs hardware control board,embedded software and ADS-B monitoring software to realize the remote real-time monitoring of aircraft.The main work of this paper is as follows:(1)The equipment adopts Beidou/GPS dual-mode positioning to collect the position information of the aircraft in real time to achieve high-precision positioning.The Beidou short message,ADS-B communication and 4G network communication are used to send location data packets to the central platform in real time,which solves the problems such as low packet update rate and poor real-time performance in the traditional way and realizes the positioning and tracking of aircraft.(2)The device is connected to the flight electronic splint by bluetooth.According to the established data communication protocol,the flight electronic splint can receive the positioning data in real time and display the flight position in the Baidu map to help the pilot determine the position of the aircraft.In order to configure the equipment more flexibly and reduce the maintenance difficulty of the equipment,the functions of querying and setting the working condition parameters of the equipment are added,including setting the frequency of Beidou short message transmission and querying signal strength,etc.In order to effectively reduce the difficulty of the supervisory control,the Beidou short message and SMS are used to achieve two-way interaction between the pilot and the central platform.(3)The device adopts large-capacity storage chip and designs information storage algorithm to realize the high-frequency storage of flight data,which facilitates subsequent analysis and processing of flight trajectory.The information storage and management mechanism is designed to facilitate the exportation of the historical data of a certain flight and improve the efficiency of flight data management.(4)In order to receive and process ADS-B broadcast data,ADS-B supervision software is designed.It is divided into three modules according to functions.The communication module formulates plaintext data protocol,and realizes data collection,analysis and processing based on UDP communication.The location tracking module uses Baidu map Java Script API to realize the positioning and tracking of the aircraft.The track playback module can access,parse and display historical flight data,smooth the flight path by using the third-order Bezier curve and realize historical data playback.Finally,module function test and actual flight test are carried out on Beidou terminal equipment and ADS-B supervision software.The test results show that Beidou terminal equipment has high positioning accuracy,stable operation,reliable communication and good scalability,which can not only improve the scheduling efficiency of the regulatory department,but also it provides design ideas and experience for the combination of Beidou navigation technology and other technologies.In addition,the ADS-B supervision software is easy to operate and can realize the visual management of the aircraft.It meets the design requirements in terms of data acquisition,processing and display,which provides great help for the supervision department to effectively monitor the aircraft.
