With the development of economy,the construction of smart grid in China has been promoted rapidly.The power consumption information collection system is an important part of the smart grid,which has been applied in various provinces(cities),and has basically achieved the automatic collection of power consumption information for urban residents.However,in remote mountainous areas with sparse population and complex terrain,there are some problems such as difficulties in laying cable lines,high cost of building wireless private network and unstable coverage of wireless public network.The power supply company can only dispatch employees to manually read the meter every month,which not only wastes manual labour,but also does not meet the requirements of automatic management of power consumption information.Beidou short message communication has the advantages of wide coverage and no blind areas.To solve the problem of automatic collection of power consumption information in remote areas,this thesis develops a power consumption information collection system based on Beidou short message communication,and proves the effectiveness of the system through a large number of experiments.The main contents and innovations of this thesis are as follows:(1)We develop a Beidou short message communication integrated machine with low cost and stable performance.It uses the STM32F103VBT6 microcontroller as the master chip;equips with W25Q128 FVSIG Flash chip for data caching to locally process the large amount of power consumption information;adopts the TD3201 Beidou RDSS module and laminated ceramic package antenna to complete the Beidou short message communication.The communication test results show that the communication success rate of single message transmission is 93.3%.(2)The conversion of the 376.1 protocol in power grid and the Beidou short message communication protocol is achieved.The Beidou short message communication integrated machines are deployed at the concentrator end of the residential area and the master station of power consumption information collection system of the power supply company,so that the two-way transparent transmission of the power consumption information in the Beidou communication link is realized without changing the power equipment and system that the power company has put into operations.(3)A long message reliability transmission scheme is designed.It performs the operations of “unpacking”,“grouping” and “repacking” based on the waiting timeout mechanism for long messages exceeding 75 bytes,which solves the problems that the length of single message is limited and there is no communication receipt in the civil Beidou link.Experiments show that this scheme greatly improves the communication success rate of the Beidou short message communication integrated machine.(4)The improved LZ77 algorithm is adopted to compress the power consumption information,which improves the collection efficiency of the power consumption information collection system based on Beidou short message communication.The power consumption information collection system based on Beidou short message communication developed in this thesis,which has important research value and broad application prospects,can not only effectively solve the problem of automatic collection of power consumption information in remote areas,but also can be used as an emergency command system for disaster areas such as sudden earthquakes and landslides.
