As an important recording device for the flight parameters of projectiles,the black box on board plays an important role in promoting the development of long-range precision strike weapons.Therefore,how to quickly and accurately recover the black box is critical.At present,due to the large range of long-range weapons and the fact that the shooting range is mostly barren areas,the black box cannot be positioned quickly and effectively,thereby delaying the development process.Based on the above research and development background,after comparing the advantages and disadvantages of today's mainstream positioning technology and communication technology,this paper proposes the positioning and recovery of the drop-in black box based on satellite positioning technology and Beidou short message/operator short message communication technology The scheme and design and implementation of a bomb-mounted black box recycling system to cooperate with ground personnel to quickly and accurately recover the black box.First of all,according to the working environment and actual functional requirements of missile-borne,the paper compares and analyzes the relevant positioning technology and communication technology respectively,and determines the landing location technology including satellite positioning,Beidou short message communication and short message mobile communication;Secondly,through the analysis of the satellite positioning principle and wireless communication mechanism,the paper proposes an implementation scheme of the black box recycling system on the bomb,useing FPGA as the main control chip,satellite positioning as the source of positioning information,and Beidou short messages and short messages as the communication means;Thirdly,according to the analysis of specific functions,the system working mode switching is elaborated in detail,and the software logicof the data capture,processing and framing part is programmed in detail;at the same time,some key devices of the recycling system are chip selected Type,and the relevant circuit design of the sub-module;finally,for some important parameters of the system,a single test and program verification are designed for the sub-module,and the overall performance test and environmental test are carried out on the ground.And the overall performance has been effectively tested;through the flight test,the actual working capacity of the recovery system has been verified.Through testing,it is proved that the recycling system has the ability of independent and accurate positioning and continuous communication,can withstand strict environmental testing,and has working conditions on the bomb.It can provide some help in the black box positioning process to help quickly recover the bomb body and improve recycling effectiveness.
