Nowadays,the development and progress of society are more and more dependent on electric energy,which has become one of the most important energy sources for human beings.With the continuous development of the power grid,the scale of the power grid is becoming larger and larger,and the transmission lines are also connected in all directions.As an integral part of the power grid,transmission lines play an important role in power transmission.A large number of transmission lines are laid in outdoor areas with very bad meteorological and geographical environment,which are vulnerable to the destruction of various natural disasters such as strong wind,ice,mountain fire and so on,leading to large-scale power failure.The data transmission mode adopted by the existing transmission line online monitoring system has high requirements for the signal environment and high cost,so it cannot achieve full coverage.Based on the above problems,this paper proposes a design scheme of the transmission line online monitoring system based on Beidou short message communication,which can realize the online monitoring of temperature,humidity,wind speed,wind direction,atmospheric pressure,ice thickness and many other information of the monitoring node.With MSP430 as the system controller,C230C Beidou as the communication link and solar panels as the power supply system,the modular design can be better used,installed and expanded.Firstly,this paper introduces the research status of the transmission line on-line monitoring system at home and abroad.According to the actual situation,it discusses and analyzes the related problems of the current transmission line on-line monitoring system,which is difficult to achieve stable data transmission in remote areas without mobile network signal coverage.Secondly,according to the actual problems,the design requirements of the system are analyzed,and the data types that need to be collected by the transmission lines are studied,as well as the functional requirements of transforming the requirements into the system.And according to the demand analysis of the overall design structure of the system,the whole system is divided into data acquisition module,data processing control module,power module,data transmission module,control center five modules.The hardware design of the system is studied,and the selection of the main control chip,the circuit design of the MSP430 microcontroller minimum system,the selection of the Beidou pager and its parameters,the design of the power module,the selection and introduction of the sensor are mainly discussed.The software design of the system is discussed,and a Beidou data communication protocol is designed according to the small amount of data transmitted in a single short message communication and the problem of no communication receipt.Finally,the installation and experimental results of the system are introduced.Through the research of this subject,a set of transmission line monitoring system based on Beidou short message communication is studied,and a large number of experiments are carried out.The experimental results show that the system constructed in this paper can conduct stable and reliable online monitoring of transmission lines without mobile network coverage,and can effectively solve the problems of Beidou short message communication without communication receipt and small single communication capacity.The research results of this paper provide a method for transmission line on-line monitoring,which has certain research value and wide application prospects.
