In the flight test of aircraft,the memory records all kinds of important parameters in the flight process,and it is of great significance to recover the memory accurately,quickly and efficiently,which provides an important basis for future research and development.In combination with the existing application environment and development status at home and abroad,the positioning system takes domestic single chip microcomputer as the core and uses Beidou/GPS dual-mode positioning technology to achieve positioning.The positioning information is sent to the ground terminal through beidou short message technology to indicate the search area for the staff.According to the design requirements of beidou short message aircraft landing point positioning system,the overall scheme design is formulated,and the positioning technology and the working principle of short message communication technology are introduced in detail.Based on the Beidou-2 satellite navigation system,the design uses RNSS service for dual-mode hybrid positioning,and sends the obtained position information to the ground receiver through RDSS service,so as to realize the landing point positioning of the aircraft.The solution adopts beidou module with high integration as the core,which can provide RDSS and RNSS services at the same time.Two modules are used to transmit alternately,and antennas are extended to four by passive power splitter to achieve full coverage in four directions.The hardware circuit of the positioning system adopts modular design,which mainly includes the peripheral circuit of the main control chip,the peripheral circuit of the Beidou module,the control circuit of the power module,the voltage conversion circuit and the data communication circuit.Positioning system software design mainly includes positioning information acquisition design,beidou short message communication protocol introduction and information processing design,power charging and power off control logic design and ground receiver software design,etc.According to the designed positioning system,a testing platform was built,and the prototype was tested in the external environment such as air tightness and impact resistance.Then,the positioning function,short message communication function and power supply performance of the prototype were tested respectively.Finally,the overall function of the positioning system was tested.The results show that the positioning system can complete the positioning and communication in complex environment,the positioning accuracy is less than 10 m,the communication success rate is more than 95%,the system can work for more than 4 hours,high reliability,significantly improve the recovery efficiency,meet the design requirements.
