| China has a vast territory.The heating and cooling water pipelines in the north and south are distributed between the floors,coupled with water for life and fire protection,which are potential hidden dangers of water leakage accidents.There are many kinds of equipment in data centers,computer rooms and other places,which are not suitable for many people to guard.Therefore,it is of great significance to design a remote liquid leakage monitoring system based on data center and server factory.Wireless sensor network,gateway,cloud server and crossplatform terminal are used to build a remote monitoring platform for liquid leakage,so as to realize automatic monitoring of water leakage and man-machine portable interactive operation.The remote liquid leakage monitoring system proposed in this paper consists of perception layer,network communication layer and application layer.The sensing layer uses Zig Bee networking technology to build a star network for liquid leakage data acquisition.Zig Bee terminal nodes and coordinator nodes are used to collect and upload liquid leakage data induced by the fiber optic sensor independently designed by the laboratory.The Zig Bee terminal nodes and coordinator nodes are implemented using CC2530 chip.In the network communication layer,the Raspberry Pi 3 generation development board is used as the embedded gateway to realize the communication between the Zig Bee coordinator node data and the cloud server.The gateway is used as the aggregation carrier of the server,the user terminal and the Zig Bee device to report the Zig Bee device status and the liquid leakage data information to the server,and issue the control instructions to the Zig Bee terminal device.The application layer is composed of cross-platform client software and server developed by Qt.From the perspective of users of liquid leakage monitoring system,this paper develops operation terminals for administrators and maintenance personnel respectively.Administrators can issue start and stop monitoring commands to terminal equipment and send maintenance notices to maintenance personnel.The repairman can view the point information to be repaired and upload the maintenance order at the terminal.The network communication of the system adopts the lightweight MQTT(Message Queuing Telemetry Transport)protocol,so that the monitored data can be transmitted remotely and stably in real time.After system testing,the liquid leakage remote monitoring system designed in this paper can basically realize remote liquid leakage monitoring and control in data centers and other places.At the same time,extended ports are reserved in the hardware design process to facilitate the subsequent addition of temperature and humidity monitoring functions. |
